Family Matters Helpline

Family Matters has a helpline that has existed to give help and support to survivors of childhood sexual abuse since our creation in 1990. Many of our counsellors have started with us on the Helpline.

Our unpaid Helpline operators staff the Helpline most workdays between 9 and 5. An answer-phone system is available at other times. Helpliners will call back to tell you they are available to take a call.

Last year we received over 4000 calls!

Our Helpliner's receive special training from us and close supervision for their work. They are here to help and are waiting for your call.
